    5. Connect your laptop or PC using Ethernet (for initial setup).

    6. Open your web browser and go to:

    7. Enter default login credentials:
      Username: admin | Password: password

    8. Follow the on-screen setup wizard to configure your Wi-Fi name (SSID), password, region, time, etc.

    9. Save changes and connect your devices.

Turn off the modem, computer, and router once before starting the process. Then turn them on again after a few minutes. The next step is connecting the modem to the router so that you have an internet connection from the modem to the router.

WPS Setup

Plug the extender into a socket and turn it on. Wait till the power LED is stable. Locate the WPS button on the router as well as an extender. All the latest extenders have this WPS button for easy setup.

Extender Placement

Place the extender close to the router while doing the setup. After the setup is complete, you can place it in the dead zone but it still needs to be in the range of the router to get a signal.
